The deleted Daffodil wiki certainly conformed to all the rules and guidelines as are available for reference; once it was noticed by Daffodil's active members the editing was undertaken very seriously - no one had any idea who started the wiki, but we were as delighted by its discovery as we are now wounded by its pointless deletion.

It's particularly depressing that the Daffodil page was yanked, as members across the world drew encouragement and validation from the fact that some fan or associate somewhere knew of our work; many were beginning to excitedly contribute to it, recalling resources, cross-referencing our history with those of similar organizations, collating media, links, articles, and so forth. Two editors with a great deal of experience in academic publication had each contributed time and energy into tone-editing, and many people in many countries contributed materials intended for use on the wiki in question. It quickly became a unique document, which is now irrecoverable.

At least a hundred artists and philosophers, worldwide, were robbed of recognition and historical voice for no salient reason. It's inexcusable.
