In Aug '05, deletion vote came down in favour of deletion. Snowspinner announced a wrong 'keep' result. Am I missing something here? Centrepull 16:10, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
- Yes - the decision to keep was made basically on the grounds that it was a self-evident keep regardless of the hostile climate surrounding the article. SImply put, writing for the NYT is, by any measure that we every apply elsewhere, grounds for notability. So I closed the debate keep on those grounds. It made a bit of a controversy at the time, there was a bit on Jimbo's talk page, he approved my actions, and that was basically the end of it. Phil Sandifer 16:54, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
