DELETE: This woman claims to be the victim of sexual assault and should not be named. This is common policy among (responsible) media and should be Wikipedia's policy as well. —Preceding unsigned comment added by FabiolaPal (talk • contribs)

Wikipedia is not the media and does not subscribe to the medias code of ethics. This woman is notable, her name has been made public and she has to live with that. Batman2005 14:03, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] STRONG KEEP

Is Wikipedia a compendium of information or an editorial comment page. It meets all the requirements (as has done so for quite some time, but was stymied by arrogant interlopers.) No reason whatsoever to remove other than flagrant editorial bias.

Can we please not include information about cases currently in the court system. This is highly irregular.

This is not highly irregular, see Laci Peterson who had a page about her throughout her entire court proceeding. Batman2005 14:03, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
