This article has been up for two VfDs before, both ended in indecision and led to the article sitting around, being neglected even moreso and allowed to run rampant. It has so many WP:NPOV, WP:CITE, WP:Weasel, and WP:NOR violations that there is hardly any data that is rescuable. It needs to be taken care of now. I mean, its really the last straw. Hesitation has already lead to its stagnation. There is no material in this article that is not either already mentioned on the main article or could be made to effectively merge efficiently. Any information would better be reconstructed from the ground up, where a source may be named, and NPOV can be better enforced. Unfortunately, the only viable solution, is to completely eradicate this article and start from the ground up. I have never seen an article in a state even close to this come back to help either itself or another article. Well, I have, but it involved a complete kill-and rebuild philosiphy, deleting an entire section, and then rebuilding it from the ground up. Essentially so the article could still exist while being rebuilt. In this case however that is not an option. Time has run out for this article and it needs to be taken care of promtly.
