Unless "consensus" is construed to mean "unanimity", I don't see how there wasn't a consensus for deletion. There were few Keep votes, and the only reason given (besides the one about being a "cycling history museum", which is a gross exaggeration: they have some old cycling pictures on the wall) is that there are a lot of Google hits. Washington probably has a couple of hundred restaurants that will generate a lot of Google hits. That doesn't suffice to elevate a restaurant from being just another business into the kind of noteworthiness that calls for treatment in an encyclopedia. Even good reviews don't do that.

Note that the article itself doesn't even say anything about it that distinguishes it tremendously. Its menu leans toward the organic: big deal. It has a theme: big deal.
