You say that this page is "a marketing page for an organization/company", I personally can't see any organisation or company that this is trying to market. The article states that it is a food consumed in North West England, I assume the person asking for this to be deleted is from the North West of England and is claiming that this food does not exist. There are many strange "delicacies" eaten in places all around the world, some which will seem very strange to non-locals. It's mostly just a definition, and the links are to a contemporary company.
