Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion/Addingtouch.com

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I am the owner of Addingtouch.com and author of the related article. As I'm sure that those who vote on it's deletion are far more knowledgeable regarding Wikipedia I only ask that you consider the following and know that my intentions were not to advertise but to create a first article that would be of little importance and of guaranteed accuracy. The search term and name space Addingtouch.com will only ever be related to the website and would probably not become a nuisance or get in the way of other searches. The article presents only facts and does not support the site or business in any way.

As I said, I'm not the expert and not at liberty to say when something should be deleted but at what point is a business considered important enough to have an article and not deemed advertising?

  • While Wikipedia:Importance is not policy, it may offer some insight into the general consensus regarding what qualifies a business as notable. It would also help tremendously if the author of the article were not affiliated with the subject, since it would demonstrate external interest in the topic. --Alan Au 07:44, 1 August 2005 (UTC)
