AfDs for this article:
Per WP:RS and WP:BIO. No references given and cannot find any on the Internet other then ones that point to Wikipedia, or the Geocities website (not reliable WP:RS) given in a previous edit. Also fails to satasify notability, his sole claim to fame appeared to be designing the Coat of arms of Israel, which was removed in April for being erroneous.
