[edit] USA PATRIOT Act, Title X

I was going to update this article to try to increase the incredibly poor coverage of our article on the USA PATRIOT Act. However, I'm listing on AFD as this is now never likely to happen (I'm strongly disllusioned by Wikipedia and its editors), and I strongly doubt anyone will improve upon this article or the more important parent article. - Ta bu shi da yu 06:46, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

• Keep. There are no reasons to delete. A merger would make the article way too long. That article would have to be split off again, per WP:SUMMARY, and we'd be back at the beginning. If the main article needs improvement, content from these articles should be summarized there. Will someone do it as a result of this AFD? Maybe, maybe not, or maybe not immediately, but in any case these are good articles which should be kept and the quality of the parent article does not afflict the child articles.
