Second nomination - article deleted at AfD in March 2006 and recreated, so I suppose it could have been speedied. The subject is a failed candidate in Canadian Idol who fails WP:BIO with no assertion of notability, although this fact is disputed by User:Viridae, who opposed speedy by removing [Edit: an administrator removed] the tag outright.
