Seems to be a hoax. "Chale books" turns up 11 unrelated ghits. "Tom Death" chale turns up 5 hits, one of which is a bebo link which suggests to me that this might be someone's online alter ego. Even if this is somehow real, the page creator seems to admit that the topic is non-notable with comments like "little known author" and "commercially unsuccessful".
