Searching for "Mark Ballard" "tier ethics" is a google wack, only shows the wikipedia page; searching for "tier ethics" with google gives 53 hits, most of which use the concept in a different way that use in the article. -- Koffieyahoo 01:02, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
