There is a real Thomas O'Brien at Verizon, which is why it's heavily wikilinked (See what links here. This isn't him. I'm not sure if this qualifies as CSD G1 patent nonsense, which is why I brought it here. TransUtopian 17:45, 20 September 2006 (UTC)
