The result of the debate was delete (1k,4d). I ignored four keep votes because they appear to be either from sockpuppets, trolls, or using similar vote-pumping strategies. Mindmatrix 00:41, 14 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] The lepracy
Delete per WP:MUSIC. Non-notable band, no google hits, no allmusic hits.-- Syrthiss 20:35, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
- Keep - I believe The lepracy should not be deleted from wikipedia, on the grounds that The lepracy "has established a tradition or school in a particular genre". They have established the "Avant-garde-core" tradition of music within the whole experimental music genre, using folk, punk, noise, metal, blues, ambient, and jazz styles in varying combinations within a freeform/improv medium. PS "Don't Bite Newcomers!" —Preceding unsigned comment added by Theadjectivenoun (talk • contribs)
- Please provide some verification that they have established that tradition. --Syrthiss 21:28, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

- Keep - per WP:MUSIC. For performers outside of mass media traditions: "Is cited in notable and verifiable sources as being influential in style, technique, repertory or teaching in a particular music genre." as well as "Has established a tradition or school in a particular genre."--Lord Cesar 01:05, 7 December 2005 (UTC)
