This is the second afd for this subject; I must admit I'm a bit shocked to see it survived the phyrst (sorry about the pun, couldn't help it). In any case, I've lived in State College in the past, and I can guarantee you this place is not worth an article; perhaps a mention, at best, in State College. I would be shocked if you could find non-trivial mentions outside the local newspaper; the fact that some minor bands have played there most certainly does not make this a notable bar.
