Seems to be a joke. Cannot find descriptions of The Foti on Google. —Brim 06:10, 23 November 2005 (UTC)

"The Foti" is not a joke. Google, however, may be. "The Foti" has more than worked it's way into the venacular of costumers and wardrobe techs in the Hollywood scene over the past ten years.
