I believe that this is a vanity article on a non-notable subject. There are additional factors to consider:

  1. The origional author and major contributer of this article (Vermillian21) has only made two other types of contribution to wikipedia: (1) a copyrighted image that was included on this article, and (2) copy/paist articles currently under copyvio review.
  2. The other major contributer to this article (216.15.52.242) has only otherwise added linkspam to collegiateforum.org on other articles.
  3. A third contributer (208.179.249.87) to this article has done nothing other than remove a importance tag from this article, without any comments on the talkpage or in the edit summary.
