nn band, possibly vanity, contributer's only contributions are to make this page and link it to some others. The WP:DP deletion policy has no time for these kind of article. A user left a message on his talk page asking for evidence that it satisfied WP:BAND, and there was no reply. Whilst in general I agree that deleting new users' pages asap is a bad way to induct them into Wikipedia, this page and the user have had time to improve/assert notability and have not.
