Article has been around for a few months with little improvement. There's really nothing in this article that isn't covered by Taco or Al pastor, it's just that this is what you get when you combine the two. I can go either way if we go redirect (and if this becomes the case, where do we put it?), but for now I'll ask for discussion for deletion.
