[edit] Student Price Card
Contested PROD. Original nom presented it as "probably not encyclopedic content", objection on basis of "notable -- national discount card". My opinion is that not only does it meet the former criteria in that it's not encyclopedic, documentation is written in such a way that it looks clearly like advertising and the first edit of the document appears to be taken from another source, raising the issue of possible copyvio. み使い Mitsukai 17:41, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
- Weak Keep. This should be tagged for clean-up, or some other tag. While the present form of this article does not make for a good entry (and does look like advertising), in theory it is no different than any other loyalty programme that has its own entry (i.e. Air Miles). - Keep and cleanup if it is indeed used throughout Canada and not just in one school. --TheKoG (talk|contribs) 20:12, 10 April 2006 (UTC)

- Keep. A good example of a Wikipedia article which can be directly useful to people (even if only to Canadian students). It does need better formating, though. Verdlanco\talk 16:52, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
- This actually is one of the most prominent affinity marketing programs in Canada; one sees stickers advertising that they accept the SPC (and no other such card) at numerous major retail chains. Keep. Samaritan 23:15, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
- Keep and cleanup - more info is needed than a listing of the discounts availiable. ...Scott5114 18:15, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
- Keep but trim the list of merchants. Stifle (talk) 23:36, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
