• Neutral As the voice actor of the principal character of a major CVG and its sequel, I can see the potential for Mr. Downes to be notable, but as I have never played Halo or Halo 2 (first person shooters aren't to my taste in gaming) I can't judge how much dialog the Master Chief character has (especially during the cut scenes) which is what I would need to know to be able to judge his notability.
