Non notable local politician. I declare an interest insofar as Steve's colleague in Preston Town Hall is someone who beat me in an election a few years ago, but I have nominated for deletion LibDem and Green candidates on the basis of WP:BIO which I believe this article fails too. doktorb _words^deeds 18:37, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
