• Speedy delete under CSD 7: "Author requests deletion... provided the page was edited only by its author and was mistakenly created. If the author blanks the page, this can be taken as a deletion request." Article history. A little past a day after creation, creator and to that point sole editor User:Lesothoman2005 blanked it and replaced the words, "Delete this article!" It was reverted presumably on the assumption it was vandalism. Nobody else has added anything to the article since. There are no inbound links. By the way, the subject has a strong chance to become notable as the new Canadian consul-general to Buffalo when border issues are especially pressing to both countries, but his article can wait.
