Insignificant skinhead/neo-Nazi website. 57,000th on Alexa.[1] "Skinheadz" gets fewer than 1k Google hits, many for unrelated uses. Their forum is very quiet [just 1600 posts to tbe busiest since 2003, none have had any traffic in weeks]. The history is unsourced, not verifiable, and potentially imaginative.
