• Delete per nom. Nineteen g-hits total, including the Wikipedia article and Samuel Ochieng's Wikipedia user page. Most of the the other hits were, in some way, about Samuel Ochieng, who apparently developed the approach. Since the original author of this article is User:Samuelochie, I'd suggest there may also be WP:COI issues. --Evb-wiki 19:17, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
