[edit] Skank
This is an overgrown dictionary definition, and can't be anything but. See WP:WINAD. Adding etymology and usage examples does not make it an encyclopedia entry. Adding those insidious "pop culture references" would not make it an encyclopedia entry. Creating a List of notable skanks (1. Paris Hilton, 2. Britney Spears...) would not make this an encyclopedia entry. The only thing that would make this an encyclopedia entry is a healthy dose of denial, Wikipedia style, and so I bring it here. Brian G. - Delete. I have worked a little on this article to make it more readable, but, like you, have had serious doubts about it. I think most of this belongs in the Wiktionary as well, and the rest is not worthy of an encyclopedia entry. Mona-Lynn 20:07, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
