This article exists only as a rumor, and should be deleted per Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. It is also an orphan article with only one link; a redirect from the article's previous title. The only reference to this game I can find online are mirror sites of Wikipedia, blogs, forums, and a rumor that it was to be released in Australia in Mid October '06.
