Doesn't seem notable, especially if the fellow is leaving his job at a (rather minor) newspaper to work for a local council. Possibly a vanity article; created and sometimes edited by registered users who have created or worked on no/few other articles. Neale Monks 21:22, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
