The result of the debate was delete. Barno's reason to merge doesn't wash; I've read half a dozen full-fledged books on the browser wars and none of them even touches on this. Besides, this wouldn't fit in the article, like at least 2/3rds of all merges from AfD that either throw the size of the article devoted to trivial matters out of whack or cover something all but tangentially related to the article. Not an Internet meme. A very obscure catch-phrase, on par with (or below) "The magic words are squeamish ossifrage" or "You are not expected to understand this." There's nothing to say about it except "one Microsoft engineer put it in a DLL once," so it's not encyclopedic. Non-notable, non-encyclopedic — maybe even a speedy delete.
