- Weak Keep Head of a department at a university. But the real notability is being the editor of several major standard Japanese-English dictionaries, . The editor of a major reference work is notable. XXanthippe, what are the reasons for your !vote? I'd like a chance to show why they dont apply, but you need to say what they are.
