Mild KeepWP:BIO lists winning multiple awards or having multiple reviews as sufficient for inclusion for writers. The subject won one award which I can't tell is notable or not. Created by user with no edits outside this article, unknown published books, no sources to prove notablity, chancellor of an unaccredited institution, 118 unique hits, and as for the "awards": it isn't sourced nor does it meet WP:BIO guidelines.
