- Keep first, the article is not in such a terrible state and second, when an article sucks, we don't delete it, we fix it. There's an article in the Portuguese wiki which you can request to have translated or adapted, you can ask for help from various WikiProjects, you can also go to your favorite library and pick up additional references to build the article.
