[edit] Rsii virus
Just information about a non-notable computer virus. Couldn't find any mention of it on google or yahoo either. ARendedWinter 16:32, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
I know I have not followed the Verifiability guideline, but I had didn't know this virus existed until two or three variants of it showed up on my computer a few weeks ago. I run AVG Anti-Virus and McAfee on my machine (it's Windows XP), and neither of them even found any of them. I was unable to find any help on the Internet. I finally tracked it down and got rid of it by brute force, in the process discovering the information which I put in this article. I hope that this info will help other people with the same problem. However, I understand that violating the Verifiability rule makes it subject to deletion, and if it does get deleted, I fully understand. Tolkien fan 16:39, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
- There must be other sites which deal with that kind of thing. Steve Dufour 16:44, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
- Delete Definately not in the same league as the Morris Worm, the Love Letter virus, the Sircam, Code Red, Nimda, Klez, SQL Slammer, Goner, or Stoned Empire Monkey. (i.e. very low damage, low infection, no media coverage virus unlike the ones listed here) --Brian(view my history)/(How am I doing?) 19:44, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
