Google search turns up one slang usage of this term (= "devotee of the Wankel rotary engine") but nothing that matches the sense given here. Most, if not all, hits for rotardation appear to be typos for retardation. This seems to be a hoax or joke article. Deor 12:20, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
