A police officer who died in an accident. Tragic, but not particularly notable. And being the first member of a particular ethnic minority to serve on the police force of a particular city is not especially notable either unless it's a particularly famous police department. -- Necrothesp 23:35, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

Delete Agreed, it's always sad when someone dies, but although there are some ghits around, there doesn't appear to be an article-in-waiting here. Though I'm prepared to have my opinion changed. — BillC ^talk 23:40, 12 August 2007 (UTC)
