- Keep. Medical school deans are very likely to be notable. In this case, a Google Scholar search at http://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&lr=&q=author%3ARH+author%3AMiller+otolaryngology&btnG=Search&as_subj=med lists several papers of interest, including two cited by more than 30 others.
