• Keep and doesn't qualify for CSD G7 since others have made significant edits to the article. Having looked only at the provided references I can say this person is probably notable, his death having been mentioned in an Associated Press report and the New York Times. Both credit him with the success and international expansion of a major resturant chain. Yeah, that makes him quite good on my notability-o-meter. • Delete. I'd consider keeping this article if reports could be found in major publications that talked about him while he was alive. Otherwise, this principle would commit us to having an article for every businessman who gets a staff-written obituary in the NY Times, possibly a large number of folks. Plus, obituary-based WP articles seem unlikely to be improved later and to pull in information from multiple sources. Instead, it would be reasonable to add a couple of sentences to the main Hooters article that would link to the NY Times obituary. (The Hooters article itself seems quite good.) • Withdrawn. When I asked for deletion, it was from an incident during a 2007 calendar signing that had happen earlier that day. I had asked to delete the article in an effort to purge my name for the mistake that I had done on this. I realize now how foolish this was. Will take the name off of the list.
