• Delete and my comment. For all that is good and holy if you are going to have a page "under construction" at least SHOW why the subject is notbale during the first phases of "construction". Technically EVERY page on Wikipedia is "under construction" since it can be reedited over and over by a variety of authors. Bottom line with ALL the "construction", he still does not meet WP:PORNBIO.
