Father of John Kerry. Minor diplomat, non-notable lawyer and author. Arguments from 2004 for keeping at Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Richard Kerry seemed to center on the temporary or possible notability because Kerry was a presidential candidate and possible president. So, since that situation is no longer the case, it should be deleted or merged. --Michael WhiteT·C 14:14, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
