Contested prod (by myself) - he has played for the Wales U-21 squad in a qualifying match for the 2009 UEFA Under-21 Championship. I recall some non-trivial debate over whether that constituted a claim for notability or not (playing for the international U-21s in an official qualifying match for an official tournament), but my memory isn't perfect.
