  • Keep - on the basis of the first sentence of the nominator - it would be relevant to the History of Wikipedia project that such a character exists and is quantifiable/identifiable and has information available. If there is a need for cleanup or expansion - then that issue could be attended to - perhaps the starter of wikpedia in any country is sufficiently notable - maybe another forum this issue needs to be addressed. Sitting with notability as the only criteria and the preceding issues ignored - it is worthy of delete - theres the rub SatuSuro 07:38, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
  • Delete - The article asserts little notability and he certainly does not pass WP:BIO - Peripitus (Talk) 12:54, 30 September 2007 (UTC).
  • Delete - Does not meet the general notability guidelines. Archaeologist Endang Sri Hardiati Soekatno seems notable. Indonesia death-row political prisoner Soekatno might be notable. Although Revo Arka Giri Soekatno might be important/significant, no WP:RS appears to be writing about Revo Arka Giri Soekatno. -- Jreferee t/c 06:48, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
  • 'Comment I will gladly accept general vote if it keeps running that way - however if that is the case the suggestion is that some of the details be appropriated for a merge of an article to be created - on either the internet in Indonesia or wikipedia in indonesia SatuSuro 07:32, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
