- Weak delete. I traced and translated material with respect to the literary prize he won and (based on machine translation) it seems to be some sort of government award in lieu of royalties from the area in which he lives. Doesn't seem like a very important award, and it's the only assertion of notability. Accounting4Taste 18:05, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
