- Speedy delete It's still an ad: "Quocirca is a primary research and analysis company based in Berkshire, England. Specialising in the business impact of ITC. With world-wide, native language reach, Quocirca provides in-depth insights into the views of buyers and influencers in large, mid-sized and small organisations." [emphasis mine] It then list the services it provides. It could be from their brochure. I don't think that it's necessary to negotiate with spammers to make their spam less spammy. Just assume they're confused about what WP is and leave a polite note on their talk page explaining all this. I've restored the speedy delete tag. JChap2007 00:25, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
