This unreferenced and POV article was nominated for deletion previously; the last significant content discussion was in May 2005. Google Books does not provide a single relevant source. Olessi 18:36, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

• Delete the subject itself may merit attention (it's covered a bit at Vistula-Oder Offensive#Looting, atrocities and the flight of ethnic Germans and expansion has been requested) but this "article" is little more than a dicdef and a dubious one at best when the article itself says that mainstream historians don't use the term.
