  • Comment - Having done some digging, I'm not at all confident that the definition given here is accurate. Most use the term in the sense that you would suspect: A sort of wedge (ideological, socioeconomic, whatever) that keeps apart two political parties, interest groups, etc. I can't find any use of the term that matches up with the definition given in this article. As such, I've changed my vote above to "delete". --Aaron 22:45, 8 January 2006 (UTC)
