Artist without evidence of notability. Page deleted twice before (through prod and speedy), it's time to discuss this once and for all. Among the 52 Google hits[1], none indicate any notability. Most are simply listings of painters, and his homepage. No Google scholar[2] or Google books hits[3] (there are hits for other Philippe Dubois (a rather common name), but not for this one. Has won a minor award, exposition in a local museum. Fram (talk) 08:51, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
