- Delete, as I'm pretty sure the wording "failed leap to national government in Jersey" means he did not join the States of Jersey, i.e. the legislature of the dependency, which would conceivably pass WP:BIO. --Dhartung | Talk 21:33, 22 June 2007 (UTC)
