1. Delete - idiosyncratic non-topic. This phrase is a euphemism for propaganda - perhaps it belongs in a dictionary but what is its place in an encyclopedia? It is not used often enough to be notable -- a nexis search of major papers finds 10 articles since 1990 - some of them not even using the term in this way. csloat 07:29, 7 September 2005 (UTC)

• Delete: Duplicate material of propaganda. A redirect would itself be POV, however. If the contents were not a duplicate of Propaganda, then they'd be self-evident (and also a delete). Geogre 16:57, 7 September 2005 (UTC)
