[edit] Papal curiosities
Wikipedia is not an indiscriminant collection of information —MESSEDROCKER (talk) 20:11, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Indeed, not for lists as sad as this.--Tagishsimon (talk) 20:12, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. This article was created a few hours ago to cope with an accumulation of assorted cruft in Pope that seems difficult to be rid of otherwise. However: While I agree that it is not in good shape as it stands, at least some of the information in it is genuinely interesting. If it were rewritten as prose instead of a series of lists and were better organized I think it would be worth keeping, and if I see any progress in that direction I'd be happy to change my vote. A mild case of working-title-itis for a holding article I admit (g). There does not appear to be a page on History of the Papacy as such - to which the second component could be added, while it might be useful to have a page on links between popes (eg the several Borgias, and the links mentioned in the first part of this piece.
