The result was speedy delete. If half of your article consists of "It is part of a development that consists of single dwelling homes", then odds are it doesn't merit an article.--Wafulz 19:58, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

Appears to be moderately-sized road in residential area with no notable features. There are countless roads of this size in any moderately-sized town/city. Note that this is based on article and road's Google Maps view. Fourohfour 14:17, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
